go to youtube and watch Paul McKenna help Ellen Degeneres stop smoking. He uses the same technique for smoking as he does for eating. you can go to his site below and watch or read the info called Craving Buster and you might be able to stop on your own.
btw. i stopped a severe 15yr. caffeine addiction after watching the Craving Buster and it only took mins. to do. But you really have to want to stop whatever the addiction is too.
